Christian Theater Production Class: (Need a minimum of 13 children to run this production)

This creative Christmas musical for unison/optional two-part voices is inspired by scriptural passages focusing on Jesus as the Light of Salvation. Through traditional carols and original music, it celebrates the passing of God’s light from Mary to Joseph to the animals in the manger; from the shepherds in the countryside to the Wise Men in the East. This charming program concludes with a beautiful candle-lighting ceremony in which all people can become “Carriers of The Light!” All materials (scripts, music, music recordings to practice with) are provided in the cost except for costumes/props. Props will be limited and we will do our best at rounding up what is required. Costumes will also be just finding garments that are fitting to the production at a low cost or what’s already in your closet. This production class will require a 2 session commitment (14 weeks) and will conclude with a production in December. 2 free tickets for the production are included in the price. Additional tickets can be purchased at a reasonable price.
